I am a Research Associate at the Division of Dentistry, University of Manchester. I am currently working on DELIVER (DELiberative ImproVEment of oRal care quality), a multinational project funded by the EU’s Horizon Europe program. The project aims to develop the DELIVER Quality Improvement Model, a blueprint for enhancing the quality of oral health care across Europe through a co-creative, mixed-methods approach involving citizens, providers, payers, and policymakers.

As part of this project, my work focuses on applying machine learning to unstructured dental patient feedback to better understand patient experiences and support service improvements in clinical settings.

I hold a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Android malware detection using machine learning. Over the years, my research has evolved from mobile security to applied and clinical machine learning, with a strong emphasis on natural language processing (NLP). My previous postdoctoral work centered on analysing social media data, where I investigated online user behaviour, sentiment, and discourse using advanced NLP techniques.

My broader interests lie at the intersection of machine learning, natural language processing, and healthcare informatics. I have published extensively in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, including several ISI Q1-ranked publications in areas such as healthcare analytics, social media mining, and mobile security. I am always open to interdisciplinary collaboration and eager to contribute to projects that bridge machine learning, text analytics, and real-world applications.
