Overview
I am Professor of Clinical Education and Pharmacy and my current role is Director of Education for the School of Health Science.
Biography
As the Director of Education, I lead all of our health science programmes and am responsible for educational leadership and student experience. I am a member of the School senior leadership team and the Faculty TLSE executive.
I teach at Manchester across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
I have experience of workplace-based placement teaching at Manchester Pharmacy School and Central Manchester Hospitals. I have also taught for the Manchester Medical School. I practice pharmacy in the hospital sector, most recently at Central Manchester University Hospitals.
I am a Manchester graduate with experience within the community, hospital and prison sectors.
My scholarship considers EDI, pedagogic advancement and curricula design/evaluation.
I am an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Pharmacy Practice.
