Biography

Ann Mahon is Professor of Health Leadership and Head of the Health Management Group at the University of Manchester. Her main areas of interest are in management and leadership development and she has designed and delivered programmes in the UK, US, Serbia and more recently Thailand. 

Research interests

Ann’s research interests are in applied health management research, action learning and assessing the impact of leadership and management development programmes.  She is a member of the research Institute for Health Policy and Organisation (IHPO).
