Biography
I am an interdisciplinary and mixed-methods PhD researcher at the University of Manchester. My PhD research focuses on the implementation and evaluation of school-based social-emotional learning interventions.
I was awarded the BPS POST Fellowship in 2025 and completed my fellowship between January and April 2026, publishing a parliamentary briefing on mental health during and after pregnancy.
In 2024, I received recognition from the European Society for Prevention Research for “outstanding promise,” having been awarded the Best Early Career Researcher Presentation for my PhD research
My academic background is in psychology. I completed my BSc in Applied Psychology (with first class honours) from IADT, Dublin, and my MSc in Clinical Health Psychology (with distinction) from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
I am part of the Education and Psychology research group at Manchester Institute of Education.
