Personal profile

Biography

Anokhi Shah is a post-doctoral research associate in the group of Dr Christos Pliotas, working with a focus on structural biology of membrane proteins, using electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR) and CryoEM. Anokhi gained expertise in using EPR, and specifically the use of pulsed dipolar EPR methods as applied to biological systems from her masters (Queen Mary University of London, Dr Maxie Rößler) and PhD (St Andrews University, Dr Janet E Lovett). She gained experience using CryoEM and protein-protein interaction analysis as applied to matrix proteins as a post-doctoral researcher in the lab of Prof. Tony Day.
