Personal profile
Overview
I am a PhD researcher, funded by the UK Medical Research Council, working in AI for Healthcare, specifically using NLP on free-text medical records. My current focus is improving the performance of existing deep learning models on extracting medication and related attributes from clinical text. My main research focus is to use the temporal features from outpatient letters to understand diagnosis lifecycle in long term conditions using SOTA models.
