Overview

I am currently a Lecturer with the Department of Economics at the University of Manchester, a Research Affiliate with the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) and a co-editor of The Manchester School journal. I have a Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University and previously worked as an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy at Central European University and a Consultant with the Development Research Group (DECRG) at the World Bank.
