I have been a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Manchester since 2022, after completing my PhD at the same insititution. My research interests include gender and politics, elections and public opinion, quantitative methodology, and social and geographic contextual effects. I study both British and Comparative Politics.

I have made repeated contributions to both BBC Radio London and BBC Radio 5 Live throughout the Brexit process as an expert contributor, as well as blogging for UK in a Changing EU.
You can contact me for comment on Brexit and British Politics, elections and voting behaviour, and gender and politics (particularly attitudes, values, and vote choices).
I currently co-convene modules on Gender and Comparative Politics at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level. I also teach British Politics, research design, and quantitative methods.
