Overview

I am a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Associate at MANCEPT at the University of Manchester.

My research interests are in moral, legal, social and political philosophy and feminist theory with a particular focus on theories of equality, the philosophy of vulnerability, the ethics of care and the philosophy of criminal punishment. 

Before joining the University of Manchester, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Philosophy Department of the University of Hamburg. In 2019, I completed my doctorate at the Dickson Poon School of Law of King’s College London, where I also obtained an MA in Philosophy. I did a BA in Philosophy at the University of Pavia, in Italy.
