Supporting users of the RTDS laboratory by providing guidance in the use of the RSCAD digital simulation software, RTDS hardware and related equipment.
Background in electromagnetic transient modelling, with a personal interest in the efficient modelling of components suitable for real-time simulation.
With extensive research experience in a variety of electric engineering topics as condition monitoring of rotating AC machinery and power electronic devices, design of ultra-fast actuators for HVDC breaker applications and real-time digital simulation.
