Research interests

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in Modern Work Environments:

Currently, my research focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues in modern digital work environments, with a particular interest in understanding how discrimination and bias manifest in settings with limited face-to-face interactions. I emphasize that the introduction of new work modalities does not inherently eliminate bias and discrimination but often requires intentional strategies to address these persistent challenges.

Employee Resilience

I am also interested in exploring how employees engage with resilience at both the micro and macro levels within an organization. My PhD thesis examined how job seekers demonstrated resilience despite not being part of an organizational group. I aim to build on this work and further investigate these dynamics.
