Overview

Elika is currently a lecturer in Management of Projects group within department of MACE. She is the unit coordinator for People and Organisations unit (Msc- MOP core unit).  In addition, she is involved in delivery of some other PGT and UG units within MACE. Her main research interests and expertise are around two areas within project management. First, organisational behaviour subjects within project-oriented organisations, and second, inter-firm commercial relations within project organisations. 

Prior to joining The University of Manchester, Elika was a lecturer in The University of Cumbria, where she taught broad range of subjects in the field of project management including Project Commercial Management, Project Planning and Control, and Project Stakehodler Management. 

Elika has experience of working in the construction industry in the UK prior to joinging academia.
