Overview

Erika Garcia is a research student in the Global Development Institute at the University of Manchester. Her research focuses on land-based financing and land use management strategies, especially Land Value Capture mechanisms and Land Readjustment. Erika’s research has as main objective to understand the social, economic, and spatial impact of these strategies for low-income populations. She has a particular research focus on urban infrastructure and housing financing.
