PhD candidate in Business and Management at Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester, within the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (MIOIR).
His doctoral research examines Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and individual-level factors.
Before starting his PhD, Felipe worked in higher-education people development and organisational training manager in Chile. He also served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of the Americas, and as a teaching assistant and data analytics support at the University of Concepción, contributing to courses and projects related to digital skills and emerging technologies.
