Overview

Galih Sakitri is an Assistant Professor at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. She is currently enrolled as PhD student in Organizational Psychology - People, Management, and Organization division at Alliance Manchester Business School. She holds a Master degree in Business Administration from NPUST, Taiwan and a Master degree in Management from Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia, majoring in human resources management. She received prestigious scholarship from Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology for her Double Masters Degree and Doctoral Degree Program.

She teaches courses in HRM, Leadership, Organization Design and Dynamics, and Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethics in School of Business and Economics. She has been doing research for more than 10 years and published a number of studies. Besides, she has spent her time as reviewer for both national and international journals. Her research interests focus on proactive behavior, stress and happiness, dark personalities, community engagement, and HRM practices
