Overview

Gonzalo is an Architect and Urban Designer with over 12 years of experience working for several urban projects in the private sector, and architecture competitions.  Since 2012 he joined to some Universities in Colombia where he served as Tutor in Architecture and leaded research projects on urban design methods and pedagogy. He is currently studying a PhD in the School of Planning at The University of Manchester focuses on understanding the nature of the contemporary approach of design codes to deliver design quality in different contexts. He also  previously completed a master’s in Urban Design in Colombia and a second master’s in architecture and Urbanism at Manchester School of Architecture  in 2020.
