Reasearch focus on adoptive T-cell therapy of cancer leading projects on CAR T-cell therapy of CD19+ malignancies and the feasibility of tumour infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy for brain cancer

Supervision of students carrying out projects on CAR T-cell therapy of solid malignancies, unraveling CAR signal transduction mechanisms and the application of TIL therapy for breast, ovarian and upper GI tumours.
