I am Professor of Medical Education in addition to my clinical role as a General Practitioner partner. I am the Associate Programme Director/ Academic Lead for Assessment for the Manchester MBChB Programme, responsible for the design, delivery and quality assurance processes of all assessments used across the 5 years of the Programme.

Research interests

My scholarly interests include:

- professional identity as clinical teacher

- near-peer and peer-assisted learning 

- clinical reasoning assessments
