Huda is a Consultant Physician in Respiratory Medicine and Honorary Senior Lecturer based at North Manchester General Hospital, Manchester. She has sub specialist interest in Occupational & Environmental Lung Diseases, Chronic Cough and Asthma.

Her research interest is in irritant induced airway disease. She is an experienced experimental medicine researcher in particular human exposure studies as well as clinical trials. More recently she has been developing cross- disciplinary studies.  

Biography

Huda graduated from the University of Leeds in 2005 and continued training in the North West of England in General and Respiratory Medicine. In 2018 she was awarded her PhD for her thesis entitled 'The Role of GABAb agonist in the Cough Reflex'.
