Personal profile

Overview

I am a Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Statistics, University of Manchester. My PhD project is on causal inference methods for assessing the impacts of climate change on health via mediators (e.g. economy). I am particularly developing causal models for mitigating spatial interference and spatial confounding simultaneously while estimating both direct and mediated effects. Prior to my study at University of Manchester, I obtained double master's degrees in Statistics at University of Leeds, United Kingdom and Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.  My previous research centred on developing Probability Distributions for modelling lifetime data, Time Series modelling, and Computational Statistics. I am currently working on causal models improvement and novel methods development with applications in relevant scientific disciplines.

Research interests

I am interested in Causal Inference, Spatial Statistics, Health Statistics, Clinical trials methodological development and General Statistics
