Biography

Jack is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Public International Law at the University of Manchester and a Research Leader in International Law at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL). He completed his DPhil in public international law at the University of Oxford, supervised by Professor Catherine Redgwell, the Chichele Professor of Public International Law. He holds an LL.B in Law with European Study and an LL.M in International and European Law. Jack has research experience in a number of roles, including positions at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the University of Bonn, Chatham House, BIICL, and the Amsterdam Centre for International Law. He has worked on cases involving issues of international and EU law.
