Overview
My project aims to bring questions of truth into contact with questions of practical rationality, and in so doing contribute to an understanding of a constructivst conception of normativity. I start from the broadly Kantian position that the normative claims that morality makes upon agents are derived from an agent’s being rational and compelled to act. I take as primary motivation for my thesis the requirement that constructivist accounts of moral reasons make minimal assumptions about the agents who do the constructing.
