Overview

I am a teaching-focused Senior Lecturer in the Division of Medical Education.  

Since November 2021 I have been working as the Academic Theme Lead for Digital skills and literacy with the University's Flexible Learning Programme team.  Supporting student and staff digital capabilities is one of the aims of the Flexible Learning Programme and included in Our Future, the University’s strategic plan.

My areas of interest include supporting student and staff digital capabilities, digital wellbeing and the applications of playful learning in HE.

Staff development:

I offer staff development sessions supporting:

  • Embedding digital capabilities within the curriculum
  • Digital wellbeing
  • Playful learning 

These are co-facilitated with colleagues and share effective practice.
