My main area of interest is in performing a conceptual analysis of normality and in understanding the effects that analysis has on other kinds of judgement. Primarily, my work so far has focused on the effect that these beliefs have on our causal reasoning. My novel approach has been to argue that there is a single, univocal analysis we can give of the concept of normality and that understanding this analysis can provde new insights into how we understand causation.
