I’m a PhD student in the School of Computer Science at the University of Manchester and the BBC Research and Development department, and more generally a part of the data science collaboration between the university and the BBC (see here for more details). My research focuses around applying data science techniques to low-level interaction data, such as mouse movements and keystrokes, with the aim of better understanding the audience the BBC attracts to its various services and products.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
