Social responsibility
Widening Participation Fellow - As part of the Primary Widening Participation team I look to engage with younger learners to promote higher education. This is done by discussing and presenting the wide range of possibilities open to students at university through workshops and awareness days in schools and on campus. I also co-manage the Writing with Rylands literacy project aimed at Year 5 children, which is an annual two-term initiative encouraging creativity through local history.
