Ke Wang is a PhD candidate in Planning and Environmental Management at the University of Manchester and a member of the Manchester Urban Institute. Her research, which addresses sustainability issues in greenspace development within Urban-Rural Fringe Areas in China, has been published in leading journals. She collaborated on urban greening projects with the University of Melbourne and Toronto. She contributes to teaching as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in UoM and as a Guest Lecturer at Hong Kong University and UoM. Her work has been presented at international conferences, including The European Forum on Urban Forestry and many prestigious Chinese universities.
