- Management of the NanoSIMS including supervision and training of users.
- Research to optimize the performance of experimental equipment and deliver research. Develop techniques, design experiments and interpret data from the NanoSIMS.
- Write scientific reports and academic papers. Prepare reports for industrial users.
- Use high-resolution analytical techniques to stud the key mechanisms involved in the oxidation of zirconium alloys in nuclear pressurized water reactors and the pickup of hydrogen during this aqueous corrosion process.
