Biography

After completing his studies in U.S.A, Dr. Leonidas C. Koutsougeras held an appointment as research fellow at CORE (Belgium) for two years, prior to joining the University of Manchester in 1997. He held a visiting appointment at CORE until 2010 and has also held positions at CentER in Tiburg University (1998-2000), Institute of Economics at University of Copenhagen (Fall 2003). He has served as vice chair of review panels in the European Union FP6, FP7 and Horizon2020 framework programs.
