Biography

I am teaching and researching in Project and Innovation Management (PIM), based in the Group of Engineering Management, School of Engineering. A broad research question for me is how PIM drive and/or shape the ideation, development and implementation of complex engineered systems (CES). Between PIM and CES there co-play multiple elements such as Digital Transformation, Sustainable Design, AI and Machine Learning, Model-based System Engineering, etc. Here I have had opportunities to apply these learnings to KTP, IAA and other research programmes, mostly for SMEs. My next big project for research and development is probably the Floating Resort Installation (FRI), a patent-pending system Design Concept. I am currently seeking collaborations to develop a 3D computer model that can simulate and evaluate FRI from Technology Readiness Level 3-7. Watch me!

Project ideation, development and Implementation of Complex Product-Service Systems. This includes project learning for business model innovation, project-based supply chain management, Web3 and block-chain operations, future manufacturing systems, digital transformation, and sustainable system engineering.
