Overview
I am a PhD researcher in Sociology, working under the supervision of Dr Simin Fadaee and Dr Nicholas Thoburn. Prior to my PhD, I completed my bachelor's degree in Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick, and a master's degree in Sociology at the University of Manchester. I am a recepient of the School of Social Sciences PhD Studentship.
My research focuses on political sociology and social movements, particularly in the context of post-socialism. My thesis titled 'Radical Left in Central and Eastern Europe: Challenges and Opportunities' aims to identify how the political opportunity structure and cultural context of the Central and Eastern European region impact the development and outcomes of radical left movements.
