Personal profile

Overview

I'm working on various evaluations of health services as part of the NIHR funded Greater Manchester Rapid Service Evaluation Team (REVAL-GM) and I'm currently working on a process evaluation, to evaluate the implementation of the various compression therapies of the VenUS6 RCT, to gain a more in-depth understanding of trial participant and nursing staff views and experiences of these therapies. I additionally am working on a review regarding the impact of COVID-19 on community-based healthcare workers. During my PhD I co-designed, implemented and evaluated the impact of a non-financial incentive on motivation of community health workers. I'm experienced in collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data.
