Biography

I am a PhD Researcher of the Work and Equalities Institute (WEI) based in the Alliance Manchester Business School. I hold a MSc in Marketing from the University of Stirling and a BSc in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business. I am also a qualified secondary school teacher and hold a PGCE from the University of Manchester.

My current research focuses on employment relations in Europe. I am particularly interested in comparing the employee voice mechanisms of different European countries and examining how these affect employee engagement and wellbeing.
