Research output per year
Martí is Lecturer in HRM and Employment Relations. He has previously worked in two European Framework projects (RESORE and CAPRIGHT) at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and he has been Lecturer at the UAB, the University of Huddersfield and the University iof Leicester.
His research intrestes are in the field of employment relations and Human Resource Management, with a especial interest on institutional and organisational changes and their effects on working lives, the state and organised labour. In 2013 he was awarded with a Marie Curie IEF (Intra-European Fellowship) at the Manchester Business School to carry out a research about the effects of recession in labour market trajectories and in the life course in the UK and Spain (TRANSICAP). His research has been funded by the British Academy and the Director of Labour Market Enforcement, among others.
