Biography
Michael joined the University of Manchester in 2014. He has previously taught in the field of company law, corporate governance, and securities regulation at Queen Mary, University of London and the University of Leeds. He has also published extensively in this area and he is co-author of the Globalization of Corporate Governance (2009) with Alan Dignam (QMUL). Michael has practiced in Greece where he has also held government advisory positions and served as an independent director in a quoted company.
