Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE) with proven leadership and management abilities in the areas of Engineering Management, Structural Health Monitoring, Oil and Gas Engineering, Strategic Planning, Research, and Change Management. He is presently a Research Associate in the School of Engineering at the University of Manchester. He secured funding awarded from the Biotechnology and Biological Science Research Council (BBSRC), Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), and the University of Manchester. He was a Doctoral Researcher and Teaching Assistant in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Civil Engineering at the University of Manchester from January 2016 to December 2021. His research interests lie in the area of Acoustic Engineering, ranging from Computational and Experimental Studies of Acoustic Wave Propagation to its applications. Mustapha has significant experience in Oil and Gas, Space Technology, and Research having worked for over 10 years.
