Overview
Natalie's research interests are leadership development, organisational culture, coaching and talent managment. She is keen to see how these aspects can enable an organisation to successfully achieve its goals.Natalie is also interested in research methodology with a particular interest in qualitative research. She has written articles and a chapter in a text book on constructivist grounded theory. She is further interested in Interpretive Phenomeology Analysis (IPA), Autoethnography and Narrative research. Natalie believes how we see ourselves in our research will have an impact on the findings that emerge.
The interesction between academia and practitioners is a space that Natalie believes can be further enhanced with mutual learning and co-creation of knowledge taking place.
Natalie is Co-Director of the Masters of Leadership for Development. She is leading a study looking at the lifelong learning and educational needs of the Development sector.
