Personal profile

Research interests

I am an experienced health services researcher, with research interests in patient experience, personalised care and patient empowerment for people with long-term conditions in general practice. I enjoy developing patient reported outcome measures (self-completed questionnaires) to capture patient experiences and seeing how acceptable and useful they are in healthcare (psychomterics).
