Overview

My research is primarily in the field of housing, race and migration with a general interest in social inequality.

Biography

I completed my PhD in 2016 and have taught at Warwick and Nottingham University before taking up a research role at Manchester.

Methodological knowledge

I am an experienced quantitative researcher with expertise in census data as well as social surveys and administrative data. I have also carried out significant work with archival collections.  

Memberships of committees and professional bodies

I have recently joined the Manchester Social Housing Commission.

I am a member of the Royal Geographical Society and the British Sociological Association.
