Overview

Noémie is a post-doctoral researcher who shares her time between the University of Manchester, Hasselt University (Belgium), and CultureBase Consulting. She is interested in understanding ways to make research and research careers better. Her work currently focuses on research assessment, research culture, and open and transparent research. At the University of Manchester, Noémie helps create training and awareness for open and responsible research, hoping to contribute to making the university a supportive environment that enables researchers to engage in open and responsible research. In the past, Noémie also worked as senior policy advisor with Research England where she contributed to the Future Research Assessment Programme (FRAP) in view of REF2029.
