Current research focuses on the intersections between leadership, relationality and productivity in the public service with an aim to explain some of the contextual challenges hindering effective service provision in developing countries. I previously studied MSc Development Economics and Policy after completing BSc Management (International Business Economics) both at the University of Manchester. Prior to my Doctoral study, I have engaged in various internships and trainings such as at NEEM Foundation and Unilever respectively. My interests and hobbies are attending conferences, fundraising/volunteering, reading books, researching, travelling and participating in various sporting activities.
