Overview

Panagiota Nakou is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Alliance Manchester Business School focusing on evaluating the acceptability of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) decision-making tool in Community Mental Healthcare. She has experience in interdisciplinary qualitative empirical research concerning young people’s political identities in times of crisis, digital education during the COVID-19 pandemic, digital technology and society, as well as the intersection of those topics and how these influence citizens’ views, ideologies, and political participation. Previously she worked as a Lecturer teaching across Sociology, Media, and Research Methods modules at the University of Bath and City, University of London.
