Pathum Kodikara works as a Lecturer in Management and Organisational Studies at the Department of Business Administration, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. He is currently reading for his Ph.D. in Business and Management at the People, Management and Organisation (PMO) Division, Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK under the supervision of Prof John Hassard, Professor of Organisational Analysis, Group Leader - Management and Organisation Studies, People, Management and Organisation (PMO) Division, Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester and Dr. Christine Mclean, Senior Lecturer, People, Management and Organisation (PMO) Division, Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.
