His main teaching activities are on the MSc in Corporate Communications and Reputation Management, which he set up in 2002. He teaches the Corporate Social Responsibility module.

Biography

Professor Paul R Jackson is a member of the Business Economics and Strategy Group, and was previously Doctoral Programme Director and Head of Division for Marketing, International Business & Strategy. He has published widely in the areas of the psychological impact of unemployment, work design and employee effectiveness, organisational change, teamworking, employee engagement and statistical research methods. 

Research interests

His current research interests are in business model innovation, mental models, corporate social responsibility and organisational ambidexterity.
