Overview

Pawan Kumar Srikanth joined AMBS and the SCI as a fully funded PhD student in January 2022. He holds an M.E. in Environmental Engineering and a B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Prior to his PhD Journey, he worked as a Research Associate in the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand (2020-2021) and as a Project Associate in Anna University, Chennai, India. His Research mentors were Prof. Kurian Joseph from the Centre for Environmental Studies, Anna University, Chennai, India and Prof. Chettiyappan Visvanathan from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. His research interests include Circular Economy for Waste Management Practices and Marine Plastics Abatement.
