Biography
Penny is a PhD candidate funded by an ESRC CASE 1+3 studentship. Her research centres on how emerging technologies are adopted into innovation business practices of organisations and how innovation challenges are often tied to unintentional biases (or deliberate narratives) associated with previous dominant technologies. She is currently focused on a case study within chemical manufacturing to develop her thesis which is supervised by Prof. Philip Shapira and Prof. Jonatan Pinkse.
