Overview

Rajiv is a Consultant Neurologist at the Manchester Centre for Clinical Neurosciences. He has a sub-speciality interest in epilepsy, and jointly runs the Manchester Regional Epilepsy service. He is particularly interested in electroencephalography, drug resistant epilepsy, disorders of consciousness and surgical treatment of epilepsy.

Rajiv has an active research interest in brain network dysfunction in epilepsy and related disorders.With colleagues at the University of Liverpool, he set up the North West Epilepsy Group to enhance regional research collaboration.
