- I am a Lecturer in Health Workforce at the University of Manchester, working within the Health Workforce group in the Division of Medical Education.
Research interests
- My research interests are working with clinical teams to support healthcare professional behaviour change, implementation of new technologies or guidance into health services, the development, optimisation and evaluation of complex interventions and the translation of behavioural science.
