Renee researches pulsars through pulsar timing, particularly millisecond pulsars, and has been involved in some pulsar surveys. Renee's main focus at the University of Manchester is using data from the Jodrell Bank Observatory to study the long-term behaviour of a population of normal pulsars which exhibit frequent changes in spin down rate and/or pulse shape. In addition, Renee is highly involved in the MeerTime Pulsar Timing Array project with the MeerKAT telescope and in the International Pulsar Timing Array, a project searching for long-wavelength Gravitational Waves.
