Research interests

My research explores how essential businesses translate and operationalise national policy on ‘whole-of-society resilience' to disruption. The study works closely with The National Consortium for Societal Resilience [UK+] (NCSR+).

Previously, I worked with the Recovery, Renewal, Resilience from COVID-19 research team and co-authored The Manchester Briefing on COVID-19 (2021-2022), prior to which I worked in management and operations in the private sector (2013-2019).
